Deep Tissue

When tension is sotred in deeper muscles, slow, firm pressure is used to rid these troubled areas of toxins. This modality is used upon the request of the client AND the discretion of the therapist.

Craniosacral

Non-invasive, very gentle bodywork treatment that alleviates restrictions within the skull, vertebral column, and nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy can help TMJ Disorder, asthma, endocrine problems, sinus/headaches/migraines, back, hip and neck ailments. This may require several sessions to experience results, depending upon client's body awareness.

Gentle, deeply relaxing ancient Japanese healing art which helps to balance the flow of energy.

Foot Massage/Hand Massage (Reflexology)

Lymphatic Massage

A gentle touch therapy that supports the immune system by preventing or reducing lymph fluid retention. This light and very effective massage allows lymph fluid to flow naturally and aids removal of toxins from the tissues. Lymphatic massage is very beneficial for those people with sleep disorders, edema, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and a list of other life-altering ailments. No oils or creams will be applied, as they would inhibit the flow of lymph fluid.
